When committing code, please add the package name as the first word
of the commit message. It makes it easier to read the timeline and
commit logs.

You can use mgar to do it for you:

mgar ci -m "short message"

If you do this, mgar will automatically prepend the commit message
with the package name (and branch), and call svn.
