[csw-devel] lib package names

How I  have to handle package names of lib in this kind:
CSWlibgegl0_1_0

if I update the package to version 0.2.0 

Have I submit a new package
CSWlibgegl0_2_0 ?

there are checks in ckeckpkg for that?
