[csw-maintainers] checkpkg error

Hi,

Does anybody know where this error is coming from?

This used to work the very first time I packed up the individual CUPS
packages, but no longer such luck.

Looking at pkginfo I see this:

I obviously still need to modify the VENDOR and EMAIL field, but
VERSION seems just fine to me.
