Urrrr... that sounds like, "you didnt do anything".

all i did, was run

"mailx -v".

so maybe that somehow unstuck email.

Soo... I'm going to permenantly change the way mantis sends email, to use
"connect via SMTP to localhost" and hope that makes things behave better.
