[csw-maintainers] asciidoc in testing/

Hi All,

If you're looking for YADGTg (yet another documentation generation tool
<grin>), you can give asciidoc a try.  It's in testing/ now.  I've
installed it locally and it seems generally ok at this point (I've run
a bunch of the git documentation through it so far).
