i glanced at gar.opencsw.org.

It mentions "mGar is completely copied, GAR stuff not yet completely."
but it doesnt say what "mGar" *is*.

May i sugest that you now officially "deprecate" and devalue references to
the old gar version(s). Move all of that stuff to a "Historical" category at
the bottom.

having "GAR versions" as the #2 link under "Documentation", just adds
unneccessary confusion, in my opinion.

I would also like to request that the "trac admins who aren't Dago",
finally give us an up to date "Getting started with GAR" wiki page there?

[Dago has been meaning to for a long time, but he's too busy doing all
 the other stuff he does for us. Help him out! :-) ]
