[csw-maintainers] cswclassutils install failed

hi,

we tried to upgrade our csw local zone resently, and it seems
cswclassutils uses an additional path than the pre-announced /opt/csw.
we have a readonly global zone and got the /opt/csw free to do a mount
loopback:
