[csw-maintainers] new fltk pkgs in /testing

new fltk pkgs are available in /testing:

fltk-1.1.9,REV=2009.04.05-SunOS5.8-i386-CSW.pkg.gz
fltk-1.1.9,REV=2009.04.05-SunOS5.8-sparc-CSW.pkg.gz

These pkgs should resolve the following bugs:

0000976 -  need fltk compiled with OpenGL (Mesa)
0001164 -  Incompatible with flphoto
0001982 -  local paths in config files
