[csw-maintainers] New in testing: fontconfig 2.6.0

Broke SUNWgnome for me, appears that the new font caches aren't 
backwards compatible with the old ones?

running '/usr/bin/fc-cache -f' (SUNWfontconfig version 2.2.3) fixed it, 
but probably broke the CSW version.
