[csw-maintainers] problems with new libtool

Hello,

Since libtool was updated on the buildfarm, I'm having troubles to build
 Apache 2.2.

checking whether it is safe to define __EXTENSIONS__... yes
checking for library containing strerror... none required
checking whether system uses EBCDIC... no
performing libtool configuration...
/home/ihsan/gar/csw/mgar/pkg/apache2/trunk/work/build-isa-sparcv8/httpd-2.2.11/srclib/apr/configure:

With the old libtool, it was running just fine. I'm not sure if this is
related to Apache, so I'm wondering if others are also having troubles.
