[csw-maintainers] Package name now contains commit status

Hi,

according to Bens great work the package name now contains the
repository status if the package has not been fully checked in.

The usual name is
   %{bitname}-%{SPKG_VERSION}%{SPKG_REVSTAMP}-%{SPKG_OSNAME}-%{arch}- 
CSW.pkg

Instead of the CSW there are now three other possible values:
   UNCOMMITTED  Not every file has been checked in or ignored
                ('svn status' not empty)
   NOSVN        The svn binary could not be found
   NOTVERSIONED The tree is not under version control

The change is in effect since r4338.
