[csw-maintainers] libcairo in testing

Hi,

there is a libcairo 1.8.6 in testing/. As there are quite some
dependencies I would prefer someone else than me could test it.
The timely release is important, as there are a number of other
packages depending on it (including pango and rrdtool, which is
currently disfunctional in current/).
