It has a few more bug fixes and I had to comment out the state
persistent code. The last few days I've been working on making
cswinitsmf able to handle multiple services per package and even
though the state persistent feature is great during upgrades it does
not support that, I have notified Yann and he's looking at it so it
will come back soon.
