[csw-maintainers] PGP/GPG key signing party in Oslo

Some people on the list use PGP/GPG. How about throwing a PGP
keysigning party in Oslo?

The requirements would be:

 1. Physical attendance
 2. Positive picture ID
   * two piece of ID are recommended
   * at least one should be government issued
 4. RSVP
 3. Your key ID, key type, HEX fingerprint, and key size from your PRIVATE
 4. A pen/pencil or whatever you'd like to write with.
 5. NO computer
