[csw-maintainers] Packages application on bender

There's a package database browser running on port 8000 on bender. I
wanted to show it to people but it's hard to do; there's port
forwarding turned off somewhere along the way.

Can the webserver admins configure a reverse proxy to bender:8000 or
set up a native Apache (mod_python) support? Reverse proxy is simpler
and more flexible for me (I could change applications underneath as
needed).
