I don't want to implement any special handling, that's bound to be a
mess in the future.

I think we should solve this with methods already defined and used, in
this case a separate repo could be used just like, e.g., Ubuntu does
it with things not belonging in the default repos.

An option in csw.conf also gives the power to the end-user but in a
more complicated way.
