Furthermore Mantis now has a dummy user (configured with the mailing
list address) that receives notifications for actions on all bugs /
packages.

P.S.: Note that it's bug-notifications@ as Ihsan had proposed initially.
Just realized that the "s" swapped places somewhere along this thread,
but i guess it's fine either way.
