[csw-maintainers] PHP extension request

I have packaged an update to phpMyAdmin and there's a few new dependencies:

# To support uploading of ZIP files, you need the PHP zip extension.
# For proper support of multibyte strings (eg. UTF-8, which is
currently default), you should install mbstring and ctype extensions.

Anyone up to package those three extensions? Or at least mbstring
which I think is most important of the three.
