[csw-maintainers] install mod_wsgi - alternative to http://opencsw.org/standards/pkg-walkthrough ?

There are several ways to do it.
TEST_SCRIPTS =
is one way but I am not fond of that as it is not very descriptive.

I prefer

TEST_SCRIPTS = skip
