Actually, we've been having new people join already. Two more are pending.
The main thing holding up the new people, is just trying to put together a
new "add new accounts" procedure between Ihsan, Dago, and myself.

btw: to my recollection, at the meeting in switzerland, we looked briefly
at every issue on the wiki flagged for discussion. Many of them were judged
to be "handled already"
