That's the good way to do it for sure :)

I'll create a new page linked from thematics events for detailed 
description of the first event. What i had in my mind was to work on 
materials we need during this month, then at the end of month start 
massive communication.  

Well it's time for my first meeting of the day ;) more to come later.
