[csw-maintainers] submitting a package and "communication" issues

Trying to connect to pfelecan at www.opencsw.org requires a password that I
have not. Consequently, I cannot fix it myself.

BTW, I cannot see the changes to the documentation? Can you give me a
reference URI?
