Hi,

there was a considerable backlog of messages to process during
my absence. I hope to have adressed all issues now (Rupert:
I stored your report about v2-pbuild malfunction for further
inspection without mail reply yet). However, due to the size
I may have missed a thing.

If you have posted issues I have not addressed yet please
repost them!
