[csw-maintainers] gitosis in testing

Hi All,

I've rolled a package for gitosis[1], which is a cool way to host
multiple git repositories[2].  I'm waiting for the cswpycompile addition
to cswclassutils before I release it, so I can have the .py files
handled automatically, but the base package seems pretty good at this
point.  It's available from testing/.

Any feedback is welcome.
