[csw-maintainers] Broken links on Trac timeline page

I've noticed that the links on the Trac timeline page[1] use IP
addresses instead of DNS names. The IP currently present in the
links[2] times out. Pages can still be reached by replacing the IP
address with the domain name: s/172\.29\.29\.21/sourceforge.net/,
perhaps it is a retired IP address?
