[csw-maintainers] pen: initial commit

Hi maintainers,

i just commited my first package (pen) :-) a quite tiny one, but
nevertheless. If anyone feels about checking my Makefile and/or
the package itself, please see svn and/or /home/testing.
Any feedback is welcome.
