[csw-maintainers] tcsh 6.16.00 in testing

As per subject, current version of tcsh in:

/home/testing/tcsh-6.16.00,REV=2009.06.30-SunOS5.8-i386-CSW.pkg.gz
/home/testing/tcsh-6.16.00,REV=2009.06.30-SunOS5.8-sparc-CSW.pkg.gz

Works on my only test host, would appreciate any additional testing.
