[csw-maintainers] mod_wsgi, how to really create the package, then test it, using mgar?

You are mixing stuff from the manual package build descriptions and the
GAR descriptions. Please do not use the manual package build
descriptions
any more, but take a look at http://gar.opencsw.org for an introduction
to GAR. Please let me know if you encounter anything strange on this.
