Good catch. Please make sure with

   cd mgar
   svn -R propget svn:externals .

that you update all such references in the tree in a proper way and also
handle special cases like the one at pkg/gar:

   pkg/gar/trunk - gar https://gar.svn.sf.net/svnroot/gar/csw/mgar/gar/ 
v2
   gar-base https://gar.svn.sf.net/svnroot/gar/csw/mgar/gar
