Sorry for the confusion I am now reading all the mGAR v2 documentation. I'm
getting caught up on it and will surely have some questions. I
misunderstood what dynamic license was and simply had this line in my .gspec
file:
%copyright url file://%{WORKSRC}/gpl.txt
