[csw-maintainers] makepatch fixed

Hi All,

[Sorry for the cross post, I've seen interest from both lists and I'm
not sure that all interested parties are on maintainers@, etc.]

I just committed r3756 that should see the makepatch GAR target
functional in GAR v2 again.  It assumes that you'll make the changes
you'd like to see in the patch in the first modulation source
directory.

Let me know if this is still broken in your use of it.
