[csw-maintainers] Which packages are in GAR?

Hi,

for the GAR-month William prepared a list of packages with an
added column if the packages are in GAR or not:
   <http://www.opencsw.org/package-gar-status.html>
Additionally, it contains another table listing packages in GAR
but not released from the GAR build. That means these descriptions
need work to get a releasable package.
