All this is true but mkdirentries is not a script supplied by the
upstream project. That cswclassutils will support this is the best
approach, for the packages "garified". For the non "garified" packages,
a dependency on a package supplying mkdirentries seems more adequate (it
should depend on CSWtexinfo). Anyhow, your solution, to include the
mkdirentries script in CSWtexinfo is a good temporary solution.
