Add to your path /opt/csw/gnu, e.g.
/opt/csw/flex-2.5.33/bin:/opt/csw/bin:/opt/csw/gcc3/bin:/usr/ccs/bin:/opt/csw/gnu:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/dt/bin:/usr/openwin/bin:/bin
