[csw-maintainers] pysqlite / trac not yet working with subversion-1.6.1

because we are just talking about svn-1.6.X. one of the main features
is that "bad clients" are now filtered out.

but, this may lead to difficulties with non-versioned properties
containing mixed end of line styles. they could be caused by eclipse
subclipse e.g. when changing the svn log message.
