[csw-maintainers] subversion-1.6.2 in testing, but where does the "UNCOMMITTED" come from?

i compiled svn-1.6.2 and put it into testing. for build8s, i am
wondering where the "UNCOMMITTED" comes from in the filename? last
time i did not commit the change to the makefile and i guessed that
gar is intelligent and picks this up :) but this time i did commit it
before building.
