I moved the bug to the right project,
The new bug URL is http://www.opencsw.org/mantis/view.php?id=3684

This is a relatively easy fix, I will add it to the next build.  the next build
will be the one that no longer contains the pyo/pyc files but generates them on
install....  still working on the class scripts for this.
