[csw-maintainers] FFI for libshout: Ruby, OCaml, Python, Java

Hi folks,

I just packaged up libshout with full dependencies and 32/64 bit and the
Perl language binding. In addition to that there are a lot of other  
language
bindings which the respective maintainers may want to pick up. This is
especially:

- Ruby
- Objective CAML
- Python
- Java

All bindings are available from
   http://www.icecast.org/download.php

libshout is already installed on the farm :-)
