[csw-maintainers] delays on the mail server

Hello,

Due some troubles with Spamassassin's bayes database there have been
delays with the e-mail delivery during the last 12 hours.

I was not able to fix the bayes databases and I have to train it again.
This might cause that spam might not be detected as good as before for
the next few days.
