This appears to be a minor upgrade from 1.8.6 to 1.8.8
It appears to resolve issues when linking with rrdtool, therefore, even
though I don't maintain the libcairo package, I am putting it in newpkgs
so people can use rrdtool again
Phil, please let Dago know when it is ready so he can put it on the
build farm and I can build the Ganglia packages.
