its a nice idea.... but do we have the bandwidth for this??
I thought that we were at least somewhat constrained in that reguard.

I think that the preconfigured OS+CSW images are a great idea.
Maybe we should just standardize on two,though: "desktop" and "server" perhaps?

oh: in addition to "virtual machine" images... methinks it would be a
very useful thing to have actual "install to bare iron" images?
piggyback on the standard opensolaris installer somehow?

and/or a livecd.
