[csw-maintainers] Links from mantis to the 'processing bugs' wiki page

Some time ago Dago has written the following page on the wiki:

http://wiki.opencsw.org/processing-bugs

Would it be hard to include links to this page in Mantis? I was
thinking about two places:

1. The header at Mantis, somewhere in the white area to the right of
the big blue "OpenCSW Bug Tracker" at the top.
2. The weekly nagging e-mail.

What do you think about this?
