[csw-maintainers] Updated TCPWrappers

Hi,

there is an updated tcpwrappers package in testing now
with both 32 and 64 bit. It was quite hard to build and
without Phils notices I probably wouldn't have managed
to do it. If you use tcpwrappers with standard or extended
configuration files please test it and let me know if
it works as I don't use tcpwrappers myself (but a lot of
my packages depend on tcpwrappers and there was not 64 bit
libs).
