[csw-maintainers] Upgrade problems??

CSWpoppler have CSWxpdf marked as incompatible so you should not be able to install it by mistake, however CSWxpdf does not have CSWpoppler as incompatible (yet).

Maybe the binaries should be suffixed with the package like
  xpdf.xpdf
  xpdf.poppler
with alternatives for selection? Would circument the ugly "Incompatible".
