[csw-maintainers] reminder about "incompatible packages"

Hi folks,

a reminder about marking packages as "incompatible":

It is NOT okay to ship the same executables (in the exact same path)
as another package, and just mark your package as "incompatible" with
the other one.

All packages sitting in "current", must peacably co-exist with each other.

The "incompatible" flag, is only to be used when a NEW package, is
designed to override an OLD package, that *no longer exists*, in our
current repository.
