Do you mean that the packages formerly depending on CSWgfile and
friends should be now rebuild declaring a dependency on CSWcoreutils,
without CSWcoreutils being released?  This could be done with the
following override:

CHECKPKG_OVERRIDES_CSWwgetpaste += unidentified-dependency|CSWcoreutils
