A note of general principle to everyone:
All of the above have not been updated for "a very long time".
If someone is interested in any of the above, whether a new maintainer
or old, they should just dive in.
if the "new" person can do in a few days, what a prior "potentially
working on it" person has not completed in many months, then the new
person is clearly the best maintainer for the software.
So, once again: if you are interested in any of the above, please put
together a package and submit it.
Similar to the patent office --when it comes to orphaned/retired
status packages, "first to file" wins ;-)
