When I visit a package page, I see this debug string at the top. For example:

http://www.opencsw.org/packages/CSWpython/

At the top, there is: "DEBUG CSWpython".

In the website code is even before HTML: "DEBUG CSWpython<br><!DOCTYPE
html PUBLIC...".
