Errr.. i'd prefer you pick some other mechanism to do that.
And even if you dont, i'd prefer that you dont actually *submit* empty
packages that have zero other packages depending on them.
If this is a useful hack to use for "checkpkg, on the build farm",
then lets keep it "on the build farm", please.
