[csw-maintainers] the clamav discussion

Moving this to maintainers@ as not everyone is on the pkgsubmissions.

Here is my position:

The package is functionally equivalent to previous releases in terms
of file layout.  I agree that there are better ways of seeding the
database files, but we're not going backwards in terms of package
quality here.

The pending packages resolve a security issue as detailed by
CVE-2010-4261.

I don't think we should be squabbling over this for weeks while users
are out there with older versions waiting for it.
